however, we do recommend hand-washing your new mug to keep the mug looking its best.
Premium Satin Mugs:
Microwave and dishwasher safe, the dishwasher suggested setting is the ECO setting - Max 40 degrees C,
however, we do recommend hand-washing your new mug to keep the mug looking its best.
Sparkle Mugs (Silver & Gold) and Magic Mugs:
Our sparkle and colour changing mugs are not microwave or dishwasher safe and should not be cleaned with harsh abrasives.
We suggest hand washing only with mild detergents in moderate temperatures, to keep the mug looking its best.
All of our garments can be machine washed up to 40°C and can be tumble dried at low heat,
although we recommend that they are dried naturally to keep the print looking its best.
Please remember; always iron on the reverse side to avoid damaging the print.
For orders placed before 2 pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day; orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
